Philips DreamStation Expert Auto CPAP Machine

The Philips DreamStation Expert suits people who want an auto CPAP they run with a dial and buttons. It sets its own pressure through the night, following your breathing within limits your care provider chooses. Order it alone, or with a clip-on humidifier and a standard or heated tube.

Each morning the screen shows how many hours you used therapy over your last three nights, which makes a slipping habit easy to spot. A light sensor dims the display in a dark bedroom, and the machine adjusts for altitude with nothing for you to set.

• Exhale relief: Flex lowers the pressure slightly each time you breathe out, at a strength your care provider can let you choose.
• Mask fit check: Once your provider enables it, a quick test shows a green or red bar so you know whether your mask seals.
• Therapy records: An SD card in the side door records every night of therapy, ready for your care provider whenever they ask for it.
• Oxygen compatible: If your prescriber adds oxygen, Philips allows it at the mask end at low flow without an extra valve, with both filters fitted.
