Refund policy

Any return of the products require written RA# (Return Authorization). Please contact us by email prior to shipping products back to obtain a return authorization number from us. If return is NOT AUTHORIZED we will dispose the items without refund.

Canadian CPAP Store will accept returns on any unopened product within 15 days of the original ship date. A 15% returns processing fee will be subtracted from the original cost and a credit for the difference will be issued. Shipping costs are not refundable. Please note that any product that has been opened cannot be returned.

CPAP products considered medical equipment of a very personal nature, all machines, including CPAP, APAP, BiPAP, Humidifiers and Accessories, cannot be returned once the package has been opened, whether the unit shows hours of usage or not. Any warranty decisions for repair or replacement are made solely by the manufacturer.

Canadian CPAP Store will accept returns on merchandise sold that have manufacturing defects, please contact us first for troubleshooting and then, if required, a return authorization number will be issued to you via email. No credits or refunds will be issued until we have received the product into our facilities and examined the product.

 

CPAP MACHINES 3 YEARS Manufacturer Warranty 

Canadian CPAP Store will work with the manufacturer on your behalf to have the item fixed or replaced with the exact or like item under the warranty policy. The manufacturer determines if the item will be replaced or repaired. If water damage or misuse is determined to be the cause of the malfunction, the warranty will be voided. Canadian CPAP Store can not supersede the manufacturer’s decision. Please note that any associated shipping cost to return merchandise to Canadian CPAP Store is not covered in any warranty situation.

30 days risk free mask policy  

The 30 day risk free mask policy allows the purchaser to return the item to Canadian CPAP Store within 30 days of the date we shipped the mask to the purchaser for a full refund of the product's purchase price less shipping. 30 day risk free is offered at no cost for selected masks.

We will act in good faith to maintain this progressive service by strictly enforcing its policies and guidelines. We reserve the right to refuse to extend the 30 day risk free option to anyone we judge to be abusing it.
