Mask Fit Guarantee

Try your mask for up to 30 nights. If it doesn't fit, send it back for store credit toward another size or style. Unopened masks can be returned for a refund or store credit.

What's covered

Every complete mask we sell. Cushions, frames and headgear bought on their own aren't covered. The 30 nights start from the day your mask is delivered, and each mask you buy can be returned under the guarantee once.

How to use it

  1. Email info@canadiancpapstore.com with your order number and what isn't working (for example, the fit, the size or the style).
  2. We'll reply with a Return Authorization (RA) number, and we can suggest a size or style that may suit you better.
  3. Send the mask back with the RA number written on the outside of the package. You pay to send the mask back, and we pay to ship your new one.
  4. Once it arrives, we'll issue your store credit, or your refund for an unopened mask.

Fair use

We keep this guarantee simple so it stays available to everyone. We may decline it where we see it being used repeatedly or in bad faith.
