This heated tube carries warm, humidified air from your DreamStation 2 to your mask. It's Philips' smallest-diameter tubing, so it takes up less space on the bed while helping the humidity you chose arrive intact.
It fits the DreamStation 2 CPAP and Auto CPAP, including the Advanced models. This is Philips part HT12, the micro-flexible heated tube, and your DreamStation 2 recognises it the moment it's connected.
Key features:
- Smallest Philips tubing: Its narrow profile is designed to stay comfortable while leaving more of the bed free around your pillow.
- Five warmth levels: Choose off or one of five levels on the therapy screen, and your pick carries over to the nights that follow.
- Clip-on connector: Pin contacts and side clips lock it onto the DreamStation 2 outlet with a click you can feel.
- No tube setup: The machine detects the heated tube and its size on its own, so there's no tube type to pick.
- Keeps therapy going: If the tube develops a fault, the machine shows an alert and carries on with therapy without heating the tube.
- Temperature limit: Philips builds in a temperature cut-out for the heated tube, so the heat switches off if the tube runs too hot.
It suits DreamStation 2 users who want warm, humidified air at the mask from a hose that takes up as little room as possible. If you're on the original DreamStation, the 15 mm heated tube is the one Philips made for your humidifier.
Note: Made for DreamStation 2. The original DreamStation uses the 15 mm HT15 heated tube, and Philips' unheated 12 mm PR12 is a different part, so check for HT12 on the cuff.
