HumidX gives your AirMini gentler, less drying air without a drop of water. The small blue disc sits in your mask connector, captures the warmth and dampness of every exhale, and returns them on your next breath in, so the air feels less harsh on your nose and throat.

Living with it is simple. There's nothing to fill or plug in: twist the connector open, drop in a fresh disc and twist it closed again. ResMed says to replace each one 30 days after opening, so a pack of six covers about half a year.
