CAN CANADIAN CPAP STORE ASSIST ME WITH INSURANCE

Canadian Cpap Store don′t accept "Pay-Provider Directly" from insurance companies. However, we still like to help our customers get reimbursed and provide insurance compliant invoices complete with all necessary codes. We recommend checking with your insurance company before placing your order and would be happy to send you a quote if necessary.

WHAT IS CANADIAN CPAP STORE RETURN POLICY

Any return of the products require written RA# (Return Authorization). Please contact us by email prior to shipping products back to obtain a return authorization number from us. If return is NOT AUTHORIZED we will dispose the items without refund.

Canadian CPAP Store will accept returns on any unopened product within 15 days of the original ship date. A 15% returns processing fee will be subtracted from the original cost and a credit for the difference will be issued. Shipping costs are not refundable. Please note that any product that has been opened cannot be returned.

CPAP products considered medical equipment of a very personal nature, all machines, including CPAP, APAP, BiPAP, Humidifiers and Accessories, cannot be returned once the package has been opened, whether the unit shows hours of usage or not. Any warranty decisions for repair or replacement are made solely by the manufacturer.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Orders (within Canada): We provide free shipping for all orders within Canada on orders over 75$. All orders will be shipped by Expedited Canada Post. Any order that is shipped as a parcel will be expedited with a tracking number available to customers. Depending on the destination, small orders might take 1 to 14 business days to be delivered. In case the item is not in stock we will notify immediately.

Standard Domestic Shipping

Orders are shipped by Canada Post unless an alternative shipping carrier is specified upon purchasing.

CPAP MACHINES are shipped with CanadaPost or courier such as UPS, FedEx, Purolator etc.

Orders are shipped on Monday to Friday only. Any orders that are placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

DO I NEED PRESCRIPTION

If your order includes CPAP machines or Ventilator, we must have your prescription on file before we can ship your order. Please note that CPAP supplies and parts such as filters, tubing, water chambers, mask parts, cushions and pillows do not require a prescription.

There are two easy ways to give us your CPAP prescription:

Did you know that you can often get a CPAP prescription from your primary care physician? If your doctor has a record of your sleep study or knows that you use CPAP, he or she will most likely be happy to write a prescription for your supplies. This method can also generally be completed faster than going through a specialist. We have a prescription form your doctor can use.

Your prescription can be handwritten on a standard prescription pad. It must include the physician's name, contact information and signature of the care provider; your name; and a statement about the equipment needed, for example “CPAP” , “BiPAP”, “CPAP Mask”, “CPAP Humidifier” or “CPAP Supplies”. A prescription for a Standard CPAP must include a set pressure setting.
